The Monument-National is one of the oldest theatres in Montreal. It is located on the Saint-Laurent boulevard, south of Saint Catherine Street.

LEM realized this asset maintenance project as part of its restoration mandate for the National Theatre School of Canada, which owns yhe Monument-National.

In 2014, we coordinated the following works :
  • Floor covering;
  • Paintwork;
  • Purchase of specialized equipement;
  • Repair work on a number of seats inside of the Ludger-Duvernay theatre (804-seat italian style theatre).
In 2016, we participated to the selection of a firm for the inspection of the facades and followed up until the final report.
