Head office of the company, this new building houses a factory where automatic sprinkler systems are manufactured as well as administrative offices, arranged on two floors.

The heating is provided by modulating radiant tubes, powered by natural gas. Rainfall releases are controlled by a retention basin and a cyclonic floating sediment interceptor. The factory features and overhead bridge crane as well as a system for detecting harmful gasses. The building's design harmoniously integrates contemporary lines and raw materials.
