Expansion and redesign of the Pasquier grocery store located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

We managed the entire redesign of the supermarket, including the relocation of the entrance and exit. The sales area went from 56,000 to 81,000 sq. ft. and now includes a dining area, a meat counter and a fish market. Normal operation was preserved throughout the construction works.

A 30,000-square-foot warehouse was appended to the building and the parking lot was entirely redone to improve the customers' comfort.

The second floor was expanded in order to include the following services :
  • multifunction rooms;
  • playing areas;
  • operations offices;
  • administration offices;
  • elevator.
The warehouse that faced the Saint-Luc boulevard was destroyed in order to add more parking spaces.
