LEM realized the very first BMW dealership in the Lanaudière region. With its 40,000 sq. ft. total area, the building features an ultra-modern and leading edge design that makes use of state of the art technology.

In addition to a giant screen in the center of the showroom, Grenier BMW owns next-generation equipement. The showroom, which overlooks Autoroute 40, is nicknamed the jewellery box and is the building's signature element.

The cafe and the boutique, which are available to guests, make waiting at the appointments very pleasant. The service area is equipped with the HUNTER Quick Check and Quick Tread technology, which allow the analysis of tire wear, brake efficiency and wheel alignment in a fast and accurate manner.

Also, the parts department houses the Modula machine, a fabulous Italian invention that distributes specialized tools and auto parts according to the exact demand of the technician. Moreover, Grenier BMW is the only car dealership in Canada to own this type of machine. Finally, the conference room is equipped with full multimedia equipment and can be booked for corporate events.
