Established in the old Loew's Cinema, this project was carried out with the greatest respect for the building's architectural elements at the time of purchase.

Among other things, the project required the we intervene on many occasions to restore the plasters and frescos.

The project included:
  • theatre (1000 seats);
  • main restaurant (300 seats);
  • tapas restaurant (120 seats);
  • wine bar and roof terrace;
  • specialty store;
  • coffee shop and travel agency;
  • main bar (150 seats);
  • offices;
  • 2 conference rooms;
  • trapeze facility;
  • climbing wall.
This project was realized with the participation of several professional firms: architects, engineers, scenographers, interior designer, kitchen designer and architectural lighting specilist which were all under the responsibility of LEM.

The architects of the concept, Studio A, as well as the various stakeholders of the client, respectively based in New Mexico and Paris, worked closely with our local team to carry out this major project.

Club Med World is a unique urban entertainment concept, focused on catering, performing arts and travel.
