This project was carried out on 3 separate buildings. First, the reception building was expanded to include a new boutique, a tasting room and a terace which offers a spectacular panoramic view over the Saint Lawrence River and the Île d'Orléans Bridge.

Then, the ancestral barn was transformed from the inside by the addition of a steel structure allowing the construction of a second floor which features an event hall and an economuseum. The ground floor has been fitted out to accomodate the bottling area as well as an exhibition hall.

Finally, the addition of a new winery in a prefabricated building, annexed to the barn via a reception lock, will allow the company to quadruple its production.

Construction and project management were ensured by LEM.
